This registration session will allow you to provide contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
We will notify everyone at least 1-week in advance for either event if it is cancelled due to COVID-19. In the event of a cancellation due to COVID-19, we will fully refund all athletes through the original means of payment. Our waiver in this registration includes communicable diseases such as COVID-19 per USA Field Hockey direction.
